Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Space Clash ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Space Clash ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Eligibility

To use the Game, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Game under applicable laws

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Game. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Game.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may need to create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on your personal device
• Use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
• Create derivative works based on the Game
• Sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Game
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, or other content ("Virtual Items") for purchase. By purchasing Virtual Items:

• You acknowledge that Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Game
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove Virtual Items at any time

User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory language
• Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Buy, sell, or trade accounts or Virtual Items for real money
• Impersonate other players or staff members
• Spam, advertise, or engage in disruptive behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to:

• Game software, code, and technology
• Graphics, artwork, and visual elements
• Audio, music, and sound effects
• Text, storylines, and character designs
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements

is owned by or licensed to Space Clash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmitted through the Game
• Accuracy or reliability of any information in the Game

We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or that any errors will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game
• Actions of other users or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Game is immediately revoked
• You lose access to your account and Virtual Items
• We have no obligation to refund any purchases

You may also terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process outlined in our Account & Support page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Space Clash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
