Account Removal Request

If you wish to delete your Space Clash account and all associated data, please follow the process below. This action is irreversible and will permanently remove your account, game progress, and all stored information.

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose:

All game progress and achievements
Purchased items and crystals
Account settings and preferences
All associated data and statistics

How to Request Account Deletion

Join our official Discord server to submit your account deletion request. This is the only official channel for account management requests.

In the Discord server, navigate to the support channel and create a new ticket. This ensures your request is properly tracked and handled.

Provide Required Information

In your support ticket, include the following information:

Username: Your Space Clash game username
Consent Statement: "I would like to remove my account"
Reason (optional): You may provide a reason for account deletion

Verification Process

Our support team will verify your identity and process your request. This may take 24-48 hours to complete.
